Warning! The following post contains A LOT of photos!! I contemplated doing individual posts for each of our holiday gatherings, but decided to do one MEGA-Post. Partly due to my wanting to get caught up. So I apologize for my laziness. We had a great holiday season and were so blessed to spend time with so many loved ones.
Our first Christmas gathering was with the Duffy side of the family. It was always a "big" gathering but over the years it has really expanded. Always a fun time!
Some of the great-grandkids.
Waiting for presents.
The great-grandkids, minus a couple that are too young to sit with the others.
Traditional pinata.
I was taking this of Kaylee and Ainsley and upon my review noticed Cooper and Elliott. They belong to my cousin Beth, her daughter Jillian is next to Kaylee. I loved this sweet moment of brotherly love I caught:).
Uncle Bobby getting a make-over.
The finished product:)
Kaylee and Ainsley before their Holiday Program at school. This year they were suppose to wear pajamas to the program. I was a little disappointed in that, but the program turned out cute. The theme was "Twas the Night Before Christmas." This is the only year they will do the Holiday Program together, as K-2 does the Holiday Program and 3-5 does a Spring concert.
Kindergarten through second grade ready to perform.
We spent some time at Mee-Maw's making gingerbread houses and gingerbread boys and girls.
I went to Ainsley's class for their holiday party. I'm her co-room parent this year and part of that is planning the room parties. The Grinch had came to their class that day. When they got to school there was green all over. The glue was green, soap was green, etc. They were very excited and insisted I take a photo of them.
They also thought I needed to get a photo of Chippy, their Elf on the Shelf.
Doing some relay races. During this race everyone must walk like a penguin.
The students came to the carpet to do their book exchange, but first we had Mrs. Schroen open her gift from her class.
We had our traditional gathering at Mee-Maw's where we wear our pajamas and spend all day baking cookies, playing games and just hanging out.
The Puzzle Master teaching Uncle Weezie and Aunt Sarah how puzzles are done.
Watching some UK basketball.
Beating Mee-Maw in checkers.
Matching jammy pants:)

Creepy photo bomb.
Mee-Maw and her girlie girls.
Present time...Kaylee about to unwrap her telescope.
Ainsley trying to decide where to start.
Matching shirts. The least they deserve for "saving lives".
Christmas Eve was spent at Grandpa and Grandma Duffy's. We decorated gingerbread houses and trains.
Grandkids eagerly wanting to open gifts and therefore being agreeable to sit for a photo.
We set our cookies and milk out for Santa and some carrots for reindeer.
Ainsley putting out the reindeer food.
Santa came!!!
